Product Care Instructions

Take care of your OUTWHERE:

  1. Wash on cold water, and combine with like colors.
  2. Don’t apply bleach or fabric softener.
  3. Do not iron.
  4. Tumble dry on low heat when it’s rainy, or hang dry outside when sunny.

But just in case you forget – each product comes with a care tag guide.

Shipping Fees

Nationwide Shipping - Philippines

Depending on the total weight of the items ordered, shipping fee ranges between P100-P150 (within Metro Manila), and P180-P240 (outside Metro Manila).

We happily provide FREE SHIPPING for orders above P5,000. 🎉

International Shipping

DHL shipping fees vary based on the total weight and destination. To get an accurate quotation for international shipping fees, send us an email at hello@outwhere.ph

International customs duties and taxes are excluded from our shipping fees.

How long will shipping take?

Nationwide Shipping - Philippines

Can’t wait for your order? Check the status by using the order tracking information sent via email.

Our products can be shipped nationwide via GoGoXpress or LBC (for areas not covered by the former). Deliveries may take 2-4 business days for NCR, and 3-10 business days outside NCR. So plan ahead!*

*Orders placed on a holiday shall be processed on the next business day.

International Shipping

International shipping (via DHL) may take 1-2 weeks.

Do you do same day shipping?

We get it – the excitement of getting your order might make you want to receive it sooner.

For same day or next day shipping within Metro Manila, please email your request to hello@outwhere.ph or send us a direct message on Facebook or Instagram. These are on a case-to-case basis, and may entail extra fees. Self pick-up of orders are unavailable at the moment.

International Shipping

We now ship internationally via DHL!

Our website currently accepts orders for delivery within Canada, Mexico, and the US*. Shipping fees are automatically computed upon check-out based on the total weight of your order.

International shipping may take 1-2 weeks.

Please note, international orders may be subjected to customs duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages vary per destination. Please check your local customs website for more information.

*We're currently working so that more countries are able place orders on our website. But if you'd like to place an order and your country is not listed above, please send us an email at hello@outwhere.ph and we'll be happy to help arrange shipping for you.

Payment Options

We’re keeping website transactions secure, thanks to Maya and Paymongo.

Not sure what to use for your payments? We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express credit and debit card payments. E-wallets such as Maya, GCash, or payment via QR PH are also accepted.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.

Can I modify my order?

Yes, you can!

For order changes (ie. item color change or add item), please email us at hello@outwhere.ph immediately and we’ll try our best to accommodate. However, if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

All requests are subject to availability of items, and discount codes can only be inputted before placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Changed your mind? It’s okay. Make sure to send your cancellation request and order number at hello@outwhere.ph within 12 hours after ordering.

Cancellation of orders are not guaranteed, and are subject to assessment.

We try to ship out orders as fast as possible, and we are unable to cancel your order if they’ve already been picked up by our courier partners.

Can I change my shipping address?

For shipping address changes, please email us at hello@outwhere.ph immediately with your order number and correct shipping address, and we’ll try our best to accommodate. However, if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Return Policy

Investing in outdoor gear is serious business. That’s why before dispatch, we ensure that our products are of high quality and complete.

With that said, refunds and returns on any order are not accepted. But, customers can request for exchange if products are deemed defective* or if you’ve received the wrong order. Please note that requests should be done within 15 days from purchase.

OUTWHERE is not liable for shipping-related damages.
