Investing in outdoor gear is serious business. That’s why before dispatch, we ensure that our products are of high quality and complete.
With that said, refunds and returns on any order are not accepted. But, customers can request for exchange if products are deemed defective* or if you’ve received the wrong order. Please note that requests should be done within 15 days from purchase.
